Astragals are vertical plates mounted to the edge of one or both doors in a double door set, closing the gap where the two doors meet. Available in T-astragal, split, overlapping, and fire-rated configurations, they serve a dual purpose — sealing your doors against drafts, dust, and moisture while making them significantly harder to force, pry, or kick open.

Whether you're securing a storefront, office, or industrial facility, an astragal is one of the simplest and most effective security upgrades you can make. If protecting your property is a priority, it isn't optional — it's essential.

Testimonials

  • "Joe came out to my clients home for a service call today. He was able to make it on short notice which I appreciated! The lock servicing itself was quick and he seemed knowledgeable about the old school type of lock we were dealing with as well. I would happily recommend Ace! :)"
