Jo grew up in small-town New Brunswick, and that upbringing shaped everything about how he works. He knows that hiring a locksmith means trusting someone — and he's built his entire reputation on earning that trust, one customer at a time. With 10 years in the trade and over four years as the owner of Ace, Jo brings significant experience to every job.

Outside of work, he's a devoted dad to three boys and stays active year-round through skiing, mountain biking, and jiu-jitsu.

When you call Jo, you're calling someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the people he works with.

Kai Gallipeau

Kai grew up in Estevan, Saskatchewan and has called Edmonton home since 2014 — though he wouldn't say no to somewhere warmer. He's been locksmithing for two years, and from day one has built his work around trust and doing right by his customers.

Outside of work, he's a proud dad to two young boys and stays busy golfing and playing volleyball. Given the chance, he'd be travelling the world with a set of golf clubs in tow.
